Bio:

The tattered, molded, and crumbling remains of an old book were discovered in a hut apparently venerated and used as a holy site by the Thrunefang cannibals. The journal was clearly converted from what was the ship’s log of the Thrune’s Fang.

House Thrune is the current ruling family of Cheliax, having risen to power after binding the country to a pact with Asmodeus and legions of other devils. Sargava, the country to which you were traveling aboard the Jennivere, won it’s independence from Cheliax around the same time as Thrune’s rise and has been the repeated target of attempts to re-subjugate the lucrative wilderness frontier.
